  • routine system maintenance and implement SA internal systems, tools and network when necessary
  • backup and disaster recovery procedures for the company’s data and perform basic network troubleshooting and tuning.

  • Follow-up on desktop, network, and applications issues and troubleshoot systems in a timely manner to minimise system downtime as well as provide technical support to unresolved issues brought to attention
  • Configure and provide network connectivity for all PCs, printers and applications, install and configure database software and network resources
  • Set-up reliable environment for training and demo purposes
  • Tracking and administer IT assets like Software & Licenses Library, hardware Inventory and communications system of the company.
