Provide technical support on iSeries platform to support application development and deployment.

Ensure the iSeries platform is compliant to various corporate standards, such as OCIO/AIG directives and standards, requirements about security, compliance and SOX.

Create and maintain the relevant documentation related to the various technical processes and procedures related to iSeries platform.

Provide technical services, guidance, training and recommendations to application developers related to the iSeries platform.

Undertake special assignments and projects as instructed.

Provide standby support for production problem on non-office hours.
